Fundamental class to help you become a more proficient mover.

Incudes a choreography segment, plus basic training techniques in depth.

Great for novices and great review for more advanced, too!

-Drop in whenever you feel the urge.... randomly, sporadically, whenever YOU decide.

-Come weekly and see how far you can go... no obligation.

-Commit to performing. Soon... or take it at your pace!

ALL LEVELS WELCOME!!!

 

You will LEARN the moves to the dance,

not just try to "kindasorta" do them.

You'll understand and really know each move.

Learn the dance as if you'd perform it on stage.

You'll have the chance to actually perform the dance on

stage at an AG Happy Hour at the Belly Up. If you'd like to

give that a try, contact Atomic Girl Carrie.

Atomic Girl Carrie teaches a wide variety of fitness classes, too:

-"Fit":  general total fitness, flow paced, strength & movement (rhythmic, set to music)

-"Strong": strength focus only, weights and other props  (rhythmic,set to music)

-"ReWork":  conscious fitness, alignment, postural awareness

 

-"Stick Fit": using The Stick to increase mobility, strength, function
