Fri. June 1
Happy June... what a great turn out for some pre-summer fun with a couple hundred of our Happy Hour friends. This show introduced our new Back Up Voc Gal, Jenn, who sounds as beauteous as she looks, pictured here with Singer Carrie. It was a good time, as per usual, as per the allotted Happiness time!

Sat. June 2
Speaking of Happy, happy birthday to piano player, Rob! A super summer turn out at lovely L'Auberge to celebrate Rob's day, complete with festive dancing right there in the lobby lounge and lighters held over head in true rock & roll (uh, isn't L'Auberge a Jazz lounge?) style... our Atomic Trio, featuring Carrie on vocs, Rob on piano/vocs and Burt on bass/vocs (all Atomic Groove members) was a fine one. Veteran fans, as well as some new found fans, enjoyed an entire evening of great musical diversity , ie, a veritable musical "Free-for-all", piano-bar style!

                          

Fri. June 8
More happiness with a happy b-day to George!! What fun, the whole Scott family was a hoot and we were happy to surprise George at his house for his 50th with a warm gathering of groovin' friends and family! Wife Joan somehow managed to keep it under wraps and the b-day boy seemed to have a blast (especially with that "special" dance from some good friends), as did all of his gracious, groovin' guests!

Sat. June 16
At La Jolla's Women Club for a beautiful celebration of Nicole and Peter's wedding... a packed dance floor right away proved the festive mood of this crowd on this warm summer's eve. Nicole & Peter shared a sweet moment on stage during Peter's speech and let's for sure mention Mr. "Bust A Move Jay" (2 years old) who stole the show with his sych hip hop moves...inspiring a "high five, my man" from singer Carrie and a raucous round of applause from the audience!!

Fri. June 22
Back to The L'Auberge for the Trio, this one a bit more "classy" and even with a much heralded appearance by our favorite sax guy, Chris! We covered all the bases- jazz, pop, blues, whatever.... as our favorite L'Auberge couple (Cheryl & Jeff) snuggled in the big comfy chairs to enjoy whatever the Trio brought on. Jeff, a fine musician himself, even sat in on a blues tune and put a groove on the bass that helped close out another fun filled L'Auberge Lobby Lounge-a-Rama.

Fri. June 29
Back at Humphrey's Backstage Music Club on Shelter Island...last time we were there was back in January, so it was fun to come back to this rambunctious crowd. We added our mighty Back Up Voc Gal, Jenn,  and our super versatile Chris (see pic) for a Humphrey's AG style show that kept the vibe happy and groovin' all nite long!
