Our third year at this fun, neighborhood annual Independence Day backyard celebration in Olivenhain with Mike & Robin! Everyone so festive in their red, white & blue, all the kids bouncing in the Jumpy and splashing in the pool, the loads and loads of July 4th cuisine... and Atomic G providing the vibe for dancing enjoyed by all, from toddlers to teens to twenties and beyond!

Happy Hour Happiness at The Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach... we invited one of our fave sax players (Chuck) to join us and he blew us all away with his (always) fine saxin' for this post July 4th week of reasons to keep on partyin'! We had a medium size AG Fly Girl Posse with many on vacay this week, so it was the main AG Fly Girlz Jess & Jana along with Cheryl, Brenda, Jen and Michelle rounding out a six-some (as opposed to the 10+) of splendid Fly Girl groovin', see pics page for more!
Sat. July 8
This group made us wanna "Shout!" What a fun wedding reception at the fancy schmancy La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, full of joyful speeches and exuberant dancing and boisterous singing, too! Boy, did all have some fun, see for yourself with a couple of awesome testimonials from the bride & groom (Erinn & Derek) and the wedding coordinator (Roxi). We especially enjoyed the guest impromptu singer for AC/DC's "You Shook Me All Nite Long", that guy ROCKED!

Another Serve San Diego fundraising event, this one to celebrate Bastille Day, oiu, oiu, monsir! Held at The Hyatt Aventine in La Jolla, we featured our Core Band plus two Fly Girlz (Elease and Jess) and we rocked and Grooved the 600+ crowd and it was a summery, sweaty Beau Soir!

Back to Olivenhain (see July 1) for another back yard party, this one to celebrate Johnny's b-day! Rachelle (see pic with her sis and Carrie) gathered about 100 of her and her husband's favorite folks together to just have a good ol' time with some real genuine peeps!

We returned to The Backstage Music Niteclub at Humphrey's By The Bay for another rare public appearance down to south San Diego... we enjoyed seeing some familiar faces as we provided the post concert party-ers (Bruce Hornsby was on the main stage) with some classic Atomic Groovin'!
Thurs. July 27
"What a nice band, huh?" said Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger as he took the stage for his speech! We played for The Govenators b-day party/fundraiser in Rancho Santa Fe on this fine (hot!) summer evening, providing guests with some cool jazz for cocktailing and some sizzling post dinner boogy-ing. Snowboard Gold medalist Shaun had the honors of actually leading the crowd in "Happy B-day" (um, snowboarding is DEFINITELY his talent *smile*), former Mayor and radio talk show personality Roger Hedgecock MCed, and the audience was a-buzz with many political San Diego dignitaries. Yes, we wore red, white & blue, we looked fabulous!

Back to The Belly Up for our Happiness Hour, featuring our phat rapper/vocalist Anthony Walker (aka Baby Gap) doing his free-stylin' rap jams and keeping up with the Fly Girlz like no one bizness!

A wedding reception with an island twist- the groomsmen in khaki, the music heavily laden with reggae and Jimmy Buffet (another example of AGs ability to be super versatile!) kept the vibe at the L'Auberge in Del Mar feeling casual and mellow and then *BOOM* a full jammin' dance floor as guests partay-ed with lots o'love for Tara and Brian!
